Where does the training take place?
Most of my clients are directly from Folsom and El Dorado Hills, or the surrounding areas. The training takes place at either Full Throttle Fitness (recommended) in El Dorado Hills, or Folsom Health and Wellness in Folsom. 

Am I a professional trainer?
Yes. I studied Advaned Health and Fitness at Bryan College and am currently studying Sports Management and Exercise Science at California University of Pennsylvania. I am also a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Just check out the “About Me“ page for more details about my biography.

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course, you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems, and goals. In addition, I am mainly your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. I can recommend running paths or the right exercise.

How often do I have to or can I train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients two to three times a week.
